But we’re about more than just good-looking spectacles; our experienced optometrists are here to help ensure you get the quality eye care you deserve. From comprehensive eye checks to retinal photography and visual field examinations, our resident optometrist Ming Ren has all of your optical needs covered.

If you’re feeling a little more Dexter than Buddy Holly, that’s ok, it happens to the best of us. We’ll exchange your glasses for a pair of the same value within 7 days of your purchase. Simply bring them in damage free and leave the rest to us.
Dog ate your glasses? We get it – accidents happen. If you accidently damage your glasses beyond repair within 6 months of purchase, we’ll gladly replace them with an identical pair at 30% off the RRP!+

Customers must return within 12 months of the date on receipt.
We care about our customers long after they walk out the door, that’s why all of our glasses are covered with a one-year manufacturers’ warranty. If you eyewear breaks within 1 year of purchase, we’ll repair or replace them for free – fair and square.
Just like your car, your eyewear needs regular tune-ups too. Just pop in with your glasses and we’ll give them a clean and an adjustment at no extra cost!
Who doesn’t love bulk-billing? For your convenience, certain eye examinations are bulk billed directly to Medicare. Simply provide a current Medicare card and we’ll take care of it.

Because of this, we’re more than happy to price match any competitors and beat their product cost by 5%. Furthermore, we also offer a 7 day best price guarantee – should you find a lower advertised price within 7 days of your purchase, we will gladly payback the difference in the form of store credit.
